Hello! Welcome to the blog portion of my website. I aim to use this space to keep track of ideas and helpful tips and tricks that I come across.
Although I’m not limiting the content of these posts to anything in particular they will most likely be related to data science, data management, documentation and anything that I think would be useful for other people, especially those trying to keep on top of data-related things in a lab setting.
The posts will likely be a combination of things that I am discovering as I go and reflections on things that I have learnt during my time as a research scientist. For this reason, the posts will mostly be aimed at other beginners and people such as myself that start working in a lab with very little programming knowledge. Suffice to say as a disclaimer from the start, I am by no means an expert in the things that I will write about. I almost certainly will make mistakes and strongly welcome comments, corrections and suggestions.
